What does an AI chatbot for businesses cost?

Guide prices 2026: widget from €750 plus €50/month, with integration from €2,000. When a chatbot for businesses pays off, and when you leave it.

An AI chatbot for businesses at ultimAItech starts at €750 one-off plus €50 per month for a widget on your own content. With an integration (calendar, shop, internal system) from €2,000. WhatsApp or heavier flows on quote.

That is the price list I use for quotes in 2026. Not a “from €29/month” SaaS where you fill the knowledge base yourself and still call back every question afterwards.

What you get for that price

Package What is in it Guide price Timeline
Widget on the site Answers from your pages, handoff to a person, EU processing €750 + €50/month 2–4 weeks
With integration The same, plus calendar, mail or an internal API from €2,000 3–6 weeks
WhatsApp / multiple channels On quote on quote depends on scope

Prices excl. VAT. The monthly price covers hosting, model costs within the agreed volume, and small copy updates. Outside that volume or a second brand: a new quote.

National providers often charge a multiple for the same work, plus an implementation partner. My floor is lower because you work with one builder.

When it pays off

You get the same questions every day: opening hours, a price indication, whether something is in stock, how a booking works. Those questions are already on the site, but visitors do not read them.

Example from practice: on Nijenhuis Botenverhuur the site already catches a lot with categories and a booking flow. A bot would pick up “do we sail in the rain?” and “where is the car park?”. That is useful. It does not replace the phone in season.

For a timber merchant such as Jan Sok a bot makes sense if customers keep asking about sizes, lead time and collection. First that information has to sit on the product page. Otherwise the model hallucinates.

When you leave it

  • You have no site, or the copy is out of date.
  • Every job is custom and the first question is “can you come by?”. Then a form is better.
  • You want the bot to invent prices. I do not do that.

Build it yourself or outsource?

Yourself: a SaaS widget, your FAQ in it, €30–€80 per month. Works until the tone is off or the bot promises something you do not deliver.

Outsource: I train on your pages, set the limits (do not invent, hand off), integrate where needed, and stay responsible for the tone. That is the €750 package.

Germany: KI-Chatbot für Unternehmen

The German search query is the same purchase intent. The DE page KI-Chatbots uses the same prices. No different promise, no invented German clients.

Rather have it done?

See the chatbot service or book a call. Send the ten questions you get most often. Then you know whether a bot is worth it.
