From a Shopify template shop to bespoke design with order management for project-led sales.
The previous site was a Shopify store on a standard theme: little differentiation, limited layout freedom and no real fit for how sheet-piling projects unfold - often bespoke, planned work with follow-up steps. The new solution centres on custom web design with a shop and order flow tuned to projects: visitors understand what WAL delivers, and internally orders stay traceable outside generic Shopify constraints.
The challenge
Shopify on a standard theme was fast to ship, but it did not tell the story of project-led sheet piling: quotes, planning and aftercare needed a bespoke flow outside theme rails.
