How the Chrome extension finds jobs on a company site, what Free versus Pro covers, and how a prepaid licence is activated after payment on ultimaitech.com.

Install

Load the unpacked dist/job-scanner folder in chrome://extensions (Developer mode), or upload the packaged zip to the Chrome Web Store when a listing exists. Load unpacked does not accept a zip. Open a company site and click the icon. The side panel starts a scan.

How it finds jobs

It reads links, JSON-LD JobPosting data, embedded ATS widgets and the live DOM on the page you are on. It looks for careers labels in German, Dutch and English, common paths, career subdomains, robots.txt and sitemap.xml. It prefers a public ATS feed when it can detect one. Supported boards: Greenhouse, Lever, Personio, Recruitee, SmartRecruiters, Workable, Ashby, BambooHR, Teamtailor and Workday. Then JSON-LD, then link and heading heuristics. Results are cached per site for 24 hours. Rescan bypasses the cache.

Free versus Pro

Free: 5 distinct sites per calendar day, verified job list, Open careers. Pro: unlimited scans, company contact, CSV, history, watchlist, new-since-last-scan, deep scan (pagination, higher candidate cap, hidden-tab SPA boards), bulk domain lists and insights. A device can start one 7-day trial from the extension.

Activate a licence

Buy a prepaid month (31 days, €19) or year (366 days, €149) on this site. After Revolut confirms the order, the licence worker issues a key. Paste it under I have a key, or let the panel pick it up if you started checkout from the extension. Each licence binds up to 3 devices. The period does not auto-renew.

Limits

Login walls and bot challenges fail with a short explanation. Hidden-tab rendering needs the tabs permission and still cannot pass a login wall. Softgarden, Join.com, Homerun and d.vinci are not adapters yet.

Privacy

The scan stays in the extension. ultimAItech stores your checkout email and licence record. Revolut processes the payment. After activation the extension sends the key or signed token only to the licence worker to check entitlement.
