I'm Andre, founder of ultimAItech. I help small and mid-sized businesses in Drenthe, Overijssel and beyond turn AI from a buzzword into something useful in the real business: automations, chatbots and workflows that learn how your company works and take repetitive work off your plate.

My story
Why I build this way
Before ultimAItech, I worked in customer support at Apple. That taught me how much repetitive work steals time away from actually helping people. Later, as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Google, I learned that most businesses do not need more information. They need a clear, simple process they can actually follow.
After that, I spent time at Outlier.ai as an AI trainer and Quality Analyst. I trained AI across dozens of topics and reviewed other people's work on models like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok. That is where I really fell in love with AI, and where I learned to tell good AI output from bad by checking what an answer actually gets right, misses, or gets wrong.
Those lessons are built into how I work today. I do not build AI to look impressive in a pitch deck. I build it to solve real bottlenecks: answering the same questions, moving information between tools, following up faster, qualifying leads, handling internal workflows, and making the business easier to run.
When I moved to the Netherlands, I noticed that almost nobody in this region was truly building AI solutions, and that many local "web guys" treated development as a side service to marketing. I wanted to be the technical one: the person nearby who builds modern custom systems and stays around long enough to make sure you actually know how to use them.

Still close to real small business work
I am still hands-on at Houthandel Jan Sok. That matters because it keeps me close to what running a real SMB actually feels like on an ordinary Tuesday: stock, orders, customer questions, interruptions, and systems that either help or get in the way.
That is also why I keep my work local and practical. I am based in Wanneperveen, work across Drenthe and Overijssel, and stay reachable when the real-world version of the system needs to hold up.

What does Andre Hassler actually build?

Do you only build the system, or do you also train the team?
I do both. A big part of the job is making sure the people using the system understand it well enough to keep going without depending on me for every small step.

Do you only work locally?
No. I am based in Wanneperveen and work locally when that helps, but I also work remotely for businesses outside Drenthe and Overijssel if the fit is right.
